I also checked the other mug I purchased and same thing (they were different designs, and neither one was cheap btw) If you want to purchase souvenirs here, stay away from anything that will be used for edibles since clearly they have no problem selling mislabeled toxic products and don’t do any quality control. They were still red and chapped days later. Who knows what toxic poisonous substance I ingested when I sipped, but I did get what looks like a chemical burn on my lips. I got a horrible chemical taste in my mouth and look down to see that the mug “print” was actually clingy plastic that was probably glued on and it was deformed and melted by dishwasher. I didn’t realize they weren’t until I took my first sip of coffee at home. The mugs were not labeled with any warning about dishwasher safeness. Still, I picked up a few coffee mugs and other souvenirs. This year when I stopped there, I knew it had gone downhill when I was assaulted with the cheap plastic dollar store stench that permeates the whole store. Ears ago, Bonanza was a good choice for unique souvenirs.
